I think Betsy Ross made the flag because every time I bring up the subject her name is mentioned. But I thin Francis Hopkinson designed the  flag because of a readers theater we did in class where General George Washington told Mrs. Ross that Francis Hopkinson had designed and also because of the historical receipts.
